Drive or take a guided tour to the South Rim for the classic viewpoints.
The National Park Service lists the South Rim as 119 miles from Sedona, via Highway 89A to Flagstaff, I-40 west to Williams, then Highway 64 north. It's a long but popular day trip.
A guided tour saves you the driving and the park parking, and many include stops at several viewpoints. If you drive yourself, the park charges an entrance fee per vehicle.
