Visit one or more of Sedona's well-known vortex sites with a guide, often with a meditation.
Many visitors come to Sedona for its vortexes, places some people describe as calming or energising. The best-known sites are Airport Mesa, Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock and Boynton Canyon, and you can visit all of them on your own.
A tour adds a guide's interpretation, and often a meditation or ceremony. Science hasn't measured any special energy at these sites. Treat it as a spiritual experience, not a physical one.
